We provide and unconditional 12 month warranty on all furniture, unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover damage to goods caused by customers, or any consequential damage to other property or possessions. If a product arrives damaged or defective, you have 7 days to return it for a replacement. Otherwise, goods of this type returned outside this time will be referred to the factory for replacement/repair decisions

The warranty, or implied warranty, does not cover normal wear and tear and all warranties are void if the product is used for other than normal activities.

This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damage to or failure of the product or any other losses due to accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, normal wear, improper assembly or improper maintenance. Any defective part will be provided free of charge. Installation labour is not included in this warranty. This warranty is extended to the original owner only and does not cover any defect, malfunction or failure which does not conform to the limited warranty aforesaid.

Warranty commences from date of sale.

Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

Some claims may require the item to be returned to the place of purchase.

Repair or replacement is not available for defects, faults or failures due to:

• Ordinary wear and tear, user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire, or
• Malicious damage by a third person; including alterations or modifications
• All furniture is warranted for domestic use only.
