We provide an unconditional return policy on all our furniture purchased from our website. After receiving the furniture, if for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return it unused and in its original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund (shipping charge is not refundable). Please contact us by email and we will provide a return address for unwanted items.

All goods to be returned, faulty or not, will require a Return Authorisation Number before they can be returned. This is as much for your benefit as it is for ours, since most issues can be resolved without returning them, and saving you the shipping cost to us and back to you. Without a RA number, it is also difficult to identify who sent the goods, or why they were sent back.

Goods returned without authorisation may not be accepted, or held aside pending the issue of a RA number. Please contact us by email and we will provide an RA number and a return address for unwanted items.

Once we receive the returned products they will be checked and we will issue your refund within 48 hours.
