All orders will be shipped within 3 business days from receipt of payment. We may use Australia Post, Couriers Please or a National Road Freight Courier to fulfill your order. Most of our furniture products will be fulfilled by our Road Freight Courier and we therefore require a physical address. We cannot deliver these to PO boxes. All methods will require a signature upon receipt of the goods. Delivery time to most capital cities is usually 1-4 working days. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you details of the courier service and a Consignment Note Number if applicable.

All bulky furniture deliveries are kerbside, that is, to your front door only. For items such as the Tantra Lounge (35Kg) or Tantrana Lounge (23Kg) you will need help to carry the furniture inside.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you have selected items and added these to your cart. Simply insert your postcode and click CALCULATE SHIPPING to receive a shipping estimate. You will be able to check the shipping cost BEFORE proceeding with payment.

Deliveries normally occur before noon although this is not guaranteed. Please ensure there is somebody home to receive the goods. If nobody is home, the courier will leave a card and contact details. The goods will be returned to the local depot and you will need to contact them to arrange to pick it up from there. No re-delivery will occur. If you require a re-delivery you will need to arrange this by contacting info@loverlays.com.au. This will incur an extra delivery charge.
